Senior's Holiday Luncheon. 11 a.m. Mass followed by luncheon at St. Joseph Church, 43148 Mission Blvd., Fremont. The Gracious Ladies of Hula will interpret familiar carols and Hawaiian melodies in gesture and dance. Reservations required. RSVP to Heather Campbell at 510-795-7985 by Jan. 8.

Life Transitions for Aging Adults (LTAA Community). 1 to 2:30 p.m. in the Hall, St. Charles Borromeo Parish, 1315 Lomitas Ave., Livermore. Learn about the many programs and services for seniors in the Tri-Valley. Amy Jones will give an overview of the Finding Wellness program starting Jan. 16. Gregory Burns, their in-home counselor, will present a program on "Self-Compassion," bringing a Catholic perspective to the discussion.

Tuesdays, starting Jan. 16
Health and Well-being for Older Adults (LTAA Community). 1 to 2:30 p.m. in the Hall, St. Charles Borromeo Parish, 1315 Lomitas Ave., Livermore. "Senior Support Program of the Tri-Valley: Finding Wellness Program" is a 6-week program covering nutrition, exercise, fall prevention, medication safety and more. Registration required.
