A Concert for Peace
A Concert for Peace, presented by violinist Matthew Szemela and pianist Hiyas Hila, will benefit St. Jarlath School in Oakland. The concert, which will include works by Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, De Falla, Franck, Granados, Massenet, Molina, Ravel and Williams, will be presented at 4 p.m. Oct. 30 at St. Jarlath Church, 2620 Pleasant St., Oakland.
