Jesuit-inspired retreat for young adults

Young adults in the Diocese of Oakland are invited to "Hearts on Fire: Living Faith in Daily Life with the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius Loyola," presented by the Apostleship of Prayer, April 1 and 2.

The retreat begins at 6:30 p.m. April 1 in the Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Hall, 2808 Lakeshore Ave., Oakland. The evening will end with live music and coffee until 10:30 p.m. Participants will return home to return at 8 a.m. April 2. The day will end with the Vigil Mass at 5 p.m.

. Suggested donation is $30, which may be made online or at the door. There's also an option to attend at no cost.
