First priest ordained in the new cathedral

ABOVE: Giopre Prado presents himself for ordination to the

ordination to priesthood in the new cathedral.

Cordileone ordains Giopre Prado, conferring the grace of ministerial
priesthood through prayers and the laying on of hands. It was the
first time Bishop Cordileone ordained a priest. Standing next to
the bishop is Deacon Stephen Taylor. Bishop Emeritus John Cummins
also participated in the rite.
