Hara was representing the sculptor, Izumi Masatoshi, at the garden dedication Oct. 11. During the dedication, Bishop Allen Vigneron read the entrance plaque: “This Healing Garden, planned by survivors, is dedicated to those innocents sexually abused by members of the clergy.
