major renovation

Bishop Vigneron pours chrism on the new altar at St.
Joan of Arc Church in San Ramon during rededication ceremonies, June 8.
The church’s interior underwent a major renovation to improve its
liturgical design and to make the church fully accessible to the disabled.
Behind the altar are, from left, Father Tom Powers, Father Fred Riccio,
Jesuit Father Tom Lucas, Deacon Charlie Stanton, and parishioner Ben Young
