Future students of John Paul II High School in Livermore stand alongside
Bishop Allen Vigneron after a sign announcing the school’s location
was erected March 5. Graduates of St. Michael School in Livermore and St.
Raymond School in Dublin are likely to make up part of the expected 1,200
student body.
A series of information meetings about the new Catholic high school being
built in Livermore will be held over the next eight weeks. Parents and
parishioners interested in seeing a model of the future John Paul II High
School and learning details about the new school are invited to attend.
Members of the diocesan school department staff, the diocesan school board
and the new high school’s steering board will make presentations
and answer questions.
Bishop Allen Vigneron will kick off the meetings on April 8 at St. Raymond
Church in Dublin at 7 p.m. Subsequent meetings will be held as follows:
April 23, St. Michael Church, Livermore, 6:30 p.m.
April 28, St. Isidore Church, Danville, 7 p.m.
May 5, St. Elizabeth Seton Church, Pleasanton, 7 p.m.
May 12, St. Joan of Arc Church, San Ramon, 7:30 p.m.
