Born in San Francisco, she was attracted to the Holy Family community by the Sisters she knew when she was in high school. She joined the Sisters in 1960 and made her final profession four years later.

Sister Crivello worked for many years in religious education. She also served at several other parishes in California and in the Diocese of Reno. In her later assignments she focused on RCIA and adult education.

The funeral Mass took place on Nov. 13 at the Motherhouse Chapel. Burial was at Holy Cross Cemetery in Colma. Contributions in her memory may be made to the Sisters of the Holy Family, P.O. Box 3248, Fremont, CA 94539.
