Demonstrators, organized by the East Bay Alliance for a Sustainable Economy, protest actions by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency to pursue hotel workers in Emeryville who have asked their employers to abide by the city’s living wage law. Faith leaders joined the workers and union members at the Nov. 1 rally.
