Celebrating
the spirit Holy Spirit Parish in Fremont will celebrate its 121st anniversary with its Holy Spirit Festival. The festival starts on May 26, from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. with international food booths, live entertainment and more. The following day begins with a 11 a.m. procession, with part of the course proceeding down Fremont Boulevard to the church at 37588 Fremont Blvd, Mass at 12:30 p.m., culminating with the crowning of Courtney Fine (left) as Holy Spirit Festival Queen 2007. A novena preceding the festival starts May 18 at 7 p.m. |
