Mark DeMarco
has been appointed president and chief executive officer at De La Salle
High School in Concord, beginning July 1, succeeding Bruce Shoup. A member
of De La Salle’s class of 1978, DeMarco is the first alumnus to serve
the school as chief administrator. DeMarco has served as diocesan superintendent
of schools since 2002. He is a former principal at St. Catherine School
in Martinez and La Salle High School in Milwaukie, Oregon.
