| Ethnic communities celebrate Chautauqua Several hundred
Catholics gathered Oct. 7 for the 14th annual Chautauqua celebration and
to observe the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary. Bishop Emeritus John Cummins
presided at the multicultural event, held at St. Lawrence O’Toole-St.
Cyril Church in Oakland. Bishop Allen Vigneron, who is recovering from
injuries due to a fall, was unable to attend.
