Playing
Around This smiling crawdad by artist and musician Jim Bartz is part of a new exhibition, “Playing Around: Toys Designed By Artists,” opening June 3 at the Hearst Art Gallery at St. Mary’s College, 1928 St. Mary’s Road, Moraga. Toys, found in tombs dating back more than 4,000 years, reflect the values of a society through the lives and play activities of children across cultures and throughout the centuries.
