Apology and blessing

Bishop Allen Vigneron gives his blessing during the March 28 diocesan service of apology to survivors of clergy sex abuse. The prayer service at St. Raymond Church in Dublin was the last in a series of 21 services held over the past two years in parishes where abuse took place. This final service focused on victims abused in schools or in other dioceses. Bishop John Cummins held the first apology service six years ago.
