Outsiders are In Artist Jerrold Turner’s painting, “Oyster Shack,” will be featured along with more than 100 recent works in the exhibition, “Living Color: Inside the Outsiders,” at the Hearst Art Galley of St. Mary’s College in Moraga, beginning June 18.
