East Oakland parishioners march, May 29, along International Blvd. to honor Christ in the Eucharist and to reclaim the street from violence. An altar for the Blessed Sacrament’s monstrance was placed in the cargo section of a truck and the monstrance was held high in blessing along the 20-block route from St. Louis Bertrand Parish to St. Benedict Parish.
